Couples wanting a low-key and easy way to make their marriage official. Perfect for those wanting to avoid all the fuss, keeping things simple on a smaller budget or planning a celebration overseas.
What’s Included:
• An initial meeting to complete the legal requirements and discuss your ceremony
• A simple personalised acknowledgement before the legal vows
• Ring exchange
• All legal paperwork prepared, witnessed and lodged (within 24 hours)
• Your choice of location
• Weekday Ceremony Special: Monday to Thursday (daytime) ceremonies are offered at a lower rate.
Extras: Official certificate of marriage ordered on your behalf, witness support, signing table and 2 chairs

Just Enough: Micro-Wedding Ceremony
An intimate ceremony with just the right amount of everything. Up to 20 Guests.
Love is an adventure, and if you’re dreaming of a simple, beautiful ceremony away from the crowd, this package is for you. Whether it’s your favourite beachside spot, a local park, or even your backyard, you, your partner, and up to 20 guests will share a truly meaningful moment, your way.
Ideal for:
Couples who want something beautiful and personal, shared with only their closest people.
What’s Included:
• Up to 2 meetings to complete the legal requirements and discuss your ceremony
• A personalised ceremony written for you with draft reviews and edits as needed
• Ring exchange
• Help with writing personal vows (keepsakes vow card)
• Help with selecting a reading and/or a poem if wanting to include
• All legal paperwork prepared and lodged (within 24 hours)
• Your choice of location
• PA system if required

Bespoke & Heartfelt Ceremony

This is your story, the laughter, the journey, the moments that led you here. Complete Story is a fully personalised experience that captures your relationship in a ceremony designed to reflect your personalities, values, and vision for the day. From first meeting to final “I do,” every detail is considered and every word is written with heart.
Ideal for:
Couples who want a deeply personal and meaningful ceremony, with a few laughs and happy tears along the way, and a beautifully guided experience from start to finish.
What’s Included:
• Up to 3 meetings to complete the legal requirements and discuss your ceremony
• Unlimited communication (phone/email) as needed
• A fully bespoke ceremony written and refined in collaboration with you
• Support with vows, readings, rituals, and symbolic elements
• Ceremony rehearsal and timeline coordination
• Vendor liaison to ensure seamless ceremony delivery (such as wedding planner, venue, photographer, videographer, musician and pet handler)
• PA system
• All legal paperwork prepared and lodged (within 24 hours)
• Your choice of location
• Keepsake printed ceremony and vow cards

Engaging my services
Booking & Payment
To secure your special day, a non-refundable booking fee of $250 is required within 14 days of confirming your booking. This holds your chosen date exclusively for you.
The remaining balance is due by whichever comes first:

4 months after signing the contract, or
-
30 days before your ceremony date
Date / Time / Location Changes
If you need to make changes to your ceremony date, time and/or location, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Please note that changes may incur additional fees depending on the change involved and how much notice is provided.
Additional Charges

Travel: For locations more than 35km from my Coogee base, a travel fee of $1.00 per kilometre applies

Parking: Any parking costs will be charged at cost

Venue rehearsal: $100 for a 1-hour rehearsal to help you feel confident on the day (included in the Bespoke package)

Optional Extras: If you’d like any additional accessories, please ask - I’m happy to provide pricing
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 2 months’ notice will incur the full fee
-
For cancellations made more than 2 months in advance, you may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on the circumstances

All cancellations should be submitted in writing
